渔网再生尼龙粒子的纯化及电性能的改善

摘  要:尼龙基材渔网是目前回收资源领域的一大热点,然而渔网杂质较多且不易去除,因此其应用一直被限制,尤其是在电子电工领域,远不能达到该行业的技术要求。本论文对渔网再生尼龙电性能较差的原因进行了初步分析,并且在渔网清洗端和造粒端进行了工艺改善。结果表明,离子杂质、有机杂质是影响渔网再生尼龙电性能的主要原因,因此在清洗端对杂质进行了针对性去除,通过盐水密度分离的方式可去除98.3%的沉水杂质,浮水杂质则通过搅拌和气浮相结合的方式,去除效率可达95%;在造粒端通过过滤组合的方式提高了过滤精度,最高过滤目数可达400目,并且可以延长换网时间,保证生产的连续性及稳定性。经过清洗端与造粒端的工艺优化,所制备的渔网颗粒在显微镜下几乎观测不到40μm以上的黑点杂质。最重要的是,所制备的渔网再生尼龙粒子在电性能上有所突破,尤其是介电性能、相对漏电起痕指数等指标,可以达到新料水平的90%以上,为电子电工行业的应用提供了良好的基础。The nylon substrate fishing net is a hot spot in the field of recycling resources at present,but fishing nets have more impurities and these impurities are not easy to remove.The applications of recycled nylon from fishing nets are limited,especially in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering,far from meeting the technical requirements of the industry.In this paper,the reasons of poor electrical performances of recycled nylon from fishing nets were analyzed,and the processes were improved at the cleaning end and granulation end of fishing nets.The results show that ionic and organic impurities are the main factors affecting the electrical properties of nylon.Therefore,the impurities were removed at the cleaning end.98.3%of the submerged impurities could be removed by brine density separation,and 95%of the floating impurities could be removed by mixing and air floating.At the granulation end,the filtration precision was improved by means of filtration combinations.The maximum filtration mesh number could reach 400 mesh,and the mesh change time could be extended to ensure the continuity and stability of production.After the optimizations of the cleaning end and the granulation end,almost no black spot impurities above 40μm were observed in the prepared fishing net particles under the microscope.Most importantly,the prepared fishing net recycled nylon particles have made breakthroughs in electrical properties,especially the dielectric properties,relative leakage marking index and other indicators.Their electrical properties could reach more than 90%of the new material levels,providing a good foundation for the electronic and electrical industry application.
