摘 要:双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)消光薄膜翘曲失效问题严重影响薄膜的复合、印刷及使用等性能。为解决BOPP薄膜翘曲失效问题,本文在消光膜中引入自制防翘曲纳米功能改性母粒(PP-F118)制备防翘曲BOPP消光薄膜。通过对薄膜力学、光学、热封及翘曲度进行测试表征,发现PP-F118可改善薄膜的翘曲度,同时兼顾良好的光学、力学及热封性能。差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征结果显示PP-F118可改变消光膜消光层的熔融和结晶行为,使消光层结晶双峰转变成单一结晶峰。当PP-F118质量分数为3%时,薄膜消光层的结晶温度为116.34℃,结晶度为60.40%,与芯层、内层的结晶温度(117.40℃)和结晶度(58.76%)较为接近,有效解决了消光膜各层间因结晶行为不同引起薄膜易翘曲失效的问题,为低翘曲BOPP消光薄膜的制备提供借鉴。The warping failure of biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)matting film seriously affects the film performances in lamination,printing,and use.To solve the problem of BOPP film warping failure,the homemade anti-warping nano-functional modified masterbatch(PP-F118)was introduced into the matte films to prepare anti-warping BOPP matte films.Through the mechanical,optical,heat sealing and warping test characterizations of the films,it is found that PP-F118 could improve the film warp,and also take the good optical,mechanical,and heat sealing properties into account.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)characterization reveals that PP-F118 could change the melt and crystallization behaviors of the matting layer of the matte films,so that the crystallization bimodal peak of matte layer could be changed into a single crystallization peak.When the mass fraction of PP-F118 is 3%,the crystallization temperature of matte layer is 116.34℃,and the degree of crystallinity is 60.40%,which are respectively close to the crystallization temperature(117.40℃)and the degree of crystallinity(58.76%)ofthe core layer and the inner layer.This effectively solves the problem of warping failure caused by different crystallization behaviors between the layers of matte films,and provides references for the preparation of low-warping BOPP matte films.
