摘  要:针对软管固定器的内螺纹脱模、销轴孔成型困难的问题,设计了一模二腔的三板式冷流道注塑模具。首先,基于CAE模流分析确定了软管固定器的最佳进胶位置;其次,依据软管固定器的结构及现有注塑生产条件设计了模具浇注系统和冷却系统,并基于CAE从充填区域及回路冷却液温度两个关键指标评估了其合理性。分析结果表明,所设计的系统在注塑过程中能够保证塑件的完整填充且能够有效地进行热量散发。随后,通过计算,采用外挂油缸驱动齿条、齿轮及中心轴运动实现了软管固定器内螺纹的成型与平稳脱模;创新性的在滑块中设计T型槽,通过压紧块在T型槽中的运动,实现了软管固定器销轴孔的抽芯,极大地简化了模具结构;最后,依据模具设计标准,在UG建模软件中完成了软管固定器注塑模具其它结构的设计。经实际注塑验证,该模具结构合理,工作过程稳定可靠,制品质量满足要求,软管固定器注塑模具的开发可为具有相似结构产品的注塑模具设计提供参考和借鉴。Aiming at the problems of internal thread release and pin hole forming of hose fixer,a three-plate cold flow injection mold with one die and two cavities was designed.Firstly,the optimum feeding position of the hose retainer was determined based on CAE mold flow analysis.Secondly,the mold pouring system and cooling system were designed according to the structures of the hose fixer and the existing injection molding production conditions,and the rationality was evaluated based on CAE from the two key indicators of the filling area and the loop coolant temperature.The analysis results show that the designed system could ensure the complete filling of the plastic parts and effectively carry out heat dissipation during the injection molding process.Then,through calculation,external cylinder was used to drive the movements of rack,gear and center shaft to realize the forming and smooth release of the internal thread of the hose holder.The T-groove in the slider was innovatively designed.Through the movements of the pressing block in the T-groove,the core-pulling of the pin hole of the hose holder was realized,greatly simplifying the mold structures.Finally,according to the mold design standards,the designs of other structures of the injection mold of the hose fixer were completed in UG modeling software.The practical injection test shows that the mold structures are reasonable,the working processes are stable and reliable,and the product quality meets the requirements.The developments of the injection mold of the hose fixer could provide references for the designs of the injection molds with similar structural products.
