摘  要:为节约生产成本并提升对混合多腔注塑模具重难点结构的设计经验,在结构分析的基础上,综合考虑模具分型、浇注系统、冷却系统和脱模机构的排布等多种因素,将4个外观和内部结构均不同的塑件合理布局,组成混合四腔,设计了一套有别于传统一模多腔的三板式注塑模具。独特的“分流道+点浇口+分流道+侧浇口”组合浇口式浇注系统配合节流阀对流道通路大小的控制,可实现浇注系统的流道平衡,保证4个塑件的注塑质量。4个塑件上的倒扣采用6处滑块和1处斜顶的结构实现侧向抽芯,滑块采用“滑块镶件+滑块座”的组合式结构,由斜导柱进行驱动。用于固定铜螺母进行嵌件注塑的镶件可灵活更换,便于满足不同的注塑要求和修模。根据塑件的个体差异和模具的整体情况,设计了合理的顶出系统,在定模板和模仁内分别开设了针对分流道和塑件的排气系统,并分别在水口板、定模仁、动模仁内设置了三组冷却水路,对流道系统和塑件进行均匀冷却。该混合四腔设计可有效节约塑件的生产成本,为类似模具产品提供一定的设计借鉴。To save production costs and increase the design experiences of key and difficult structures of hybrid multi-cavity injection molds,the four plastic parts with different exterior and interior structures were rationally arranged to combine four cavities on the basis of structural analysis.A variety of factors such as mold parting,gating system,cooling system and demolding mechanism arrangement were considered comprehensively.A set of three-plate injection mould was designed,which was different from the traditional one mould with multiple cavities.The unique“runner+point gate+runner+side gate”combination-gate gating system coordinated with the throttle valve to control the size of the flow path,realizing the balance of flow and ensuring the injection quality of four plastic parts.The reverse button on the four plastic parts adopted the structure of six sliders and one inclined top to realize lateral core-pulling.The sliding block adopted the combined“sliding block insert+sliding block seat”structure and was driven by the inclined guide column.Insert used to hold copper nuts for insert-molding could be flexibly replaced to meet different injection requirements and mold repairs.According to the individual differences of plastic parts and the overall situation of the mold,a reasonable ejecting system was designed.The exhaust systems for runners and plastic parts were respectively set up in the fixed template and mold.Three sets of cooling water channels were respectively set in the runner plate,cavity and core to evenly cool the gating system and plastic parts.This design could effectively save the production costs and provide certain design references for similar molds.
