摘  要:为了获得低翘曲量的汽车用前保险杠制品,对制品浇口充填方案进行可行性验证。经验证,聚合物链不会断裂,材料不会降解,优化后浇口成型方案合理。选取熔体温度(H)、注射压力(I)、模具表面温度(J)、“辅助流道”直径(K)、浇口宽度(L)、冷却时间(M),为研究对象,构建6因素5水平25次田口试验,当H为225℃,I为60 MPa,J为75℃,K为10 mm,L为20 mm,M为40 s(第6组工艺参数)时,最大翘曲量(20.10 mm)最小。通过极差分析,获得各因素各水平与最大翘曲量的关联,熔体温度、注射压力、“辅助流道”直径,对最大翘曲量的影响起到决定性作用;冷却时间,对最大翘曲量的影响作用不大;浇口宽度及模具表面温度,对最大翘曲量的影响最弱。在H为225℃,I为60 MPa,J为75℃,K为12 mm,L为32 mm,M为30 s参数下最大翘曲量较第6组工艺参数下的最大翘曲量,降低了30.3%。经试验验证,成型后的制品表面光泽均匀,没有出现烧焦、困气、熔接痕等缺陷,成型状态优良,保险杠两端与模具贴合良好,没有发现翘曲现象,验证了工艺参数的准确性,佐证了Moldflow 2024模流数值软件分析的科学性。To obtain the front bumper product with low warpage amount,the feasibility of the gate filling scheme of the product was verified.The results show that the polymer chain would not break,the material would not degrade,and the optimized gate forming scheme is reasonable.Melt temperature(H),injection pressure(I),mold surface temperature(J),“auxiliary flow path”diameter(K),gate width(L)and cooling time(M)were selected as the research objects to establish twenty-five Taguchi tests with six factors and five levels.When H is 225℃,I is 60 MPa,J is 75℃,K is 10 mm,L is 20 mm,and M is 40 s(the sixth set of process parameters),the maximum warpage(20.10 mm)is the smallest.Through range analysis,the correlations between the various factors and the maximum warpage were obtained.The results show that melt temperature,injection pressure and the diameter of“auxiliary flow path”play decisive roles in the influences of the maximum warpage.The cooling time has little effect on the maximum warpage.The influences of gate width and mold surface temperature on the maximum warpage are the weakest.When H is 225℃,I is 60 MPa,J is 75℃,K is 12 mm,L is 32 mm,and M is 30 s,the maximum warpage is 30.3%lower than that in the sixth group.After the test verification,the surface luster of the molded product is uniform,there is no burning,trapped gas,welding marks and other defects.The molding state is excellent,both ends of the bumper and the mold fit well,no warping phenomenon is found,verifying the accuracy of the process parameters and proving the scientific analysis of Moldflow 2024 moldflow numerical software.
