摘  要:食品包装用塑料复合膜袋的安全性影响其盛装食品的风味、质量和保质期等,研究基于气相色谱—质谱法(GC/MS),作者建立了食品包装用塑料复合膜袋中磷酸三乙酯和磷酸三苯酯含量的检测方法,采用乙酸乙酯超声提取,试液经过滤、定容后用气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,选择离子监测模式,外标法定量。通过对称样质量、提取溶剂、提取时间、色谱条件等进行分析优化,结果显示,磷酸三乙酯和磷酸三苯酯在16 min内分离出峰,峰型对称性好,磷酸三乙酯在0.015~0.8 mg/L、磷酸三苯酯在0.04~1.0 mg/L浓度梯度范围内线性关系良好。磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三苯酯的检出限分别为0.3和1.5 mg/kg,定量限分别为1.5和4 mg/kg。在3种浓度加标水平下,磷酸三乙酯和磷酸三苯酯加标回收率在95.11%~99.35%之间,相对标准偏差在0.94%~2.41%之间,建立的方法具有简捷高效、灵敏度高和准确性高的优点,可应用于食品包装用塑料复合膜袋中磷酸三乙酯和磷酸三苯酯快速筛查、确证和定性定量分析。The safety of the plastic composite film bags for food packaging affects the flavor,quality and shelf life of the food.This study was based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.A method for the content determination of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate in plastic composite film bags for food packaging was established.Ultrasonic extraction of ethyl acetate was performed.After being filtered and fixed the volume,the liquid was tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The ion monitoring mode was selected,and the quantity was determined by external standard method.The quality of symmetric samples,extraction solvents,extraction time and chromatographic conditions were analyzed and optimized.The results show that the peaks of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate are separated within 16 min,and the symmetry of the peaks is good.Triethyl phosphate has a good linear relationship within the gradient range of 0.015 mg/L to 0.8 mg/L.Triphenyl phosphate has a good linear relationship within the gradient range of 0.04 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L.The detection limits of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate are respectively 0.3 and 1.5 mg/kg.The quantification limits of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate are respectively 1.5 and 4 mg/kg.Under three different concentrations,the recoveries of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate range from 95.11%to 99.35%,and the relative standard deviations range from 0.94%to 2.41%.The established method has the advantages of simplicity,high efficiency,high sensitivity and high accuracy.This method could be applied to the rapid screening,confirmation and quantitative analysis of triethyl phosphate and triphenyl phosphate in plastic composite film bags for food packaging.
