摘  要:本研究旨在通过凝胶化过程向聚乙烯醇(PVA)凝胶电解质中引入锰酸锌(ZnMn_(2)O_(4))尖晶石,形成PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4)复合凝胶,改性PVA电解质的热稳定性。借助场发射扫描电子显微镜观察,发现ZnMn_(2)O_(4)纳米颗粒均匀分散在PVA凝胶中,PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4)复合凝胶表现出明显的颗粒感,而纯PVA凝胶表面较为平滑。利用傅里叶红外光谱测试确定PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4)复合凝胶中Zn—O键、Mn—O键以及PVA中羟基的吸收峰,明确其化学结构。进一步通过热重测试,研究了ZnMn_(2)O_(4)尖晶石纳米颗粒的添加对PVA凝胶电解质热稳定性的影响。结果表明,在相同的热分解条件下,加入ZnMn_(2)O_(4)的PVA凝胶电解质质量保留率高达25%,而未添加ZnMn_(2)O_(4)的PVA凝胶仅保留10%的质量。本研究证实了ZnMn_(2)O_(4)尖晶石的引入显著提升了PVA凝胶电解质的热稳定性,有望为PVA凝胶电解质在高温环境下的应用提供新的可能性。This research was dedicated to introduce the zinc manganese oxide(ZnMn_(2)O_(4))spinel into the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)gel electrolyte via the gelation process,forming a PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4) composite gel and modifying the thermal stability of the PVA electrolyte.With the aid of field emission scanning electron microscopy,it was observed that ZnMn_(2)O_(4) nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed in the PVA gel,and the PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4) composite gel exhibited a distinct granular texture,in contrast to the smoother surface of pure PVA gel.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was utilized to identify the absorption peaks of Zn—O,Mn—O in the PVA/ZnMn_(2)O_(4) composite gel,as well as hydroxyl groups in PVA,clarifying the gel chemical structures.Furthermore,through thermogravimetric analysis,the effects of ZnMn_(2)O_(4) spinel nanoparticles on the thermal stability of PVA gel electrolyte were investigated.The results indicate that under the identical thermal decomposition conditions,the mass retention rate of PVA gel electrolyte with ZnMn_(2)O_(4) reaches up to 25%,while the pure PVA gel only retains 10%of its original mass.This study confirms that the introduction of ZnMn_(2)O_(4) spinel significantly enhances the thermal stability of PVA gel electrolyte,potentially offering new possibilities for its applications in the high temperature environment.
