摘 要:为满足防止液体药物制剂被微生物污染的需求,本研究以环氧丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵(EPDMDAC)作为抗菌成分,醋酸纤维素(CA)作为主体成分,采用相转换法制备醋酸纤维素药液过滤膜,并通过醚化作用将EPDMDAC接枝到CA膜表面,得到季铵盐抗菌醋酸纤维素膜(Q-CA)。并通过红外(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水蒸气透过率等手段对Q-CA膜性能进行表征。结果表明,Q-CA膜表面开孔分散均匀,孔具有非对称结构。Q-CA膜对大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)的抗菌率和阻菌率均>99.9%。且Q-CA膜还具有良好的单向导湿性能,10μL液滴通过Q-CA膜仅需20.02 s。因此,Q-CA膜具有良好的抗菌、阻菌功能,不仅能防止膜本身以及药液被微生物污染,还可以阻止药液反向渗透进入制剂容器中,在液体药物制剂过滤与纯化领域具有很大应用的潜力。To meet the needs to prevent microbial contamination of liquid pharmaceutical preparations,epoxide-propyl dimethyl dodecyl ammonium chloride(EPDMDAC)was used as the antibacterial component,and cellulose acetate(CA)was used as the main component.The cellulose acetate liquid filter membranes were prepared by the phase conversion method.EPDMDAC was grafed to the surface of CA membranes through etherification to obtain the quaternary antibacterial modified cellulose acetate(Q-CA)membranes.Characterizations such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and water vapor transmission rate test were carried out.The results show that the pores on the surface of Q-CA membranes are dispersed uniformly,and holes have asymmetric structures.Both the antibacterial and bacteria-block rates against E.coli and S.aureus of the Q-CA membranes are more than 99.9%.Q-CA membranes show excellent unidirectional moisture permeability,requiring only 20.02 s for a 10μL droplet to pass through.Therefore,the Q-CA membranes exhibit the features of effectively preventing microbial contamination and reverse osmosis of drug solutions,demonstrating potential applications in the fields of pharmaceutical filtration and purification.
