甲基硅油和二苄基甲苯改性SEBS/PP共混物的憎水和绝缘性能

摘  要:以甲基硅油和二苄基甲苯为憎水剂对氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)共混物进行憎水改性,在确保材料力学性能、绝缘和耐漏电起痕性能前提下,提高其憎水性和憎水迁移特性。结果表明,甲基硅油改性SEBS/PP共混物的憎水性迁移速度快于含二苄基甲苯的样品,但其力学性能低于后者。当同时使用1 phr甲基硅油+1 phr二苄基甲苯改性,测得样品的拉伸强度为29.0 MPa,断裂伸长率为636%,体积电阻率为2.44×10^(14)Ω·m,表面电阻率为8.64×10^(16)Ω,耐漏电起痕性能通过1A 4.5级;进一步,改性样品在浸泡水中96 h后,其表面接触角为98.7°,室温放置48 h后恢复到106.1°;改性样品表面污染后(标准污层的盐密+灰密为0.6 mg/cm^(2))憎水迁移96 h,污染表面接触角从改性前的74.4°提高到91.4°,显示出良好憎水迁移特性。制备的改性SEBS/PP共混物兼具了优异的力学强度、绝缘、耐漏电起痕、憎水性及憎水迁移特性等综合性能。The hydrophobic modification of Hydrogenated Styrene-butadiene-styrene Block Copolymer(SEBS)/polypropylene blends was carried out using methyl silicone oil and dibenzyl toluene as hydrophobic agents.The hydrophobicity and hydrophobic migration characteristics were improved while maintaining the mechanical properties,insulation,and tracking resistance of the materials.The results show that the hydrophobic migration rate of methyl silicone oil-modified SEBS/PP blend is faster than that of the sample containing dibenzyl toluene,but the mechanical properties are lower than those of the latter.When modified with 1 phr methyl silicone oil and 1 phr dibenzyl toluene,the sample has a tensile strength of 29.0 MPa,an elongation at break of 636%,a volume resistivity of 2.44×10^(14)Ω·m,a surface resistivity of 8.64×10^(16)Ω,a tracking resistance of 1A 4.5 grade.Additionally,after soaking in water for 96 h,the contact angle of the modified sample is 98.7°,and it recovers to 106.1°after 48 h at room temperature.After the surface contamination with a standard contamination layer of 0.6 mg/cm2 of salt and dust,the hydrophobic migration of the contaminated surface over 96 h increases the contact angle from 71.4°before modification to 91.4°,demonstrating a good hydrophobic migration performance.The modified SEBS/PP blends have excellent comprehensive properties such as mechanical strength,insulation,tracking resistance,hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity migration characteristics.
