氮气和空气氛围中多组分PVF薄膜的热分解行为及热稳定性优化研究

摘  要:以聚氟乙烯(PVF)树脂、γ-丁内酯、钛白粉等为原料制备而成的多组分PVF薄膜,在热压固化过程中表现出高温热稳定性差的现象。为提升PVF薄膜的热稳定性,采用热重分析法,研究了PVF薄膜在氮气和空气两种不同氛围下的热解行为,并通过Kissinger最大失重率法,计算了不同氛围下PVF薄膜的热解活化能(E_a)及频率因子(A)。结果显示,气体氛围会改变PVF热分解反应过程,进而影响热解反应活化能和频率因子,PVF薄膜在氮气和空气氛围下的热解活化能分别为134.12和146.99 kJ/mol,频率因子分别为9.97×10^(8)和2.12×10^(10)。此外,初步探讨了抗氧剂1010单独使用、抗氧剂126单独使用、抗氧剂1010/126以质量比5∶1复配,以及有机醇盐钙锌热稳定剂对PVF薄膜热稳定性能的影响。发现抗氧剂1010/126复配使用可有效捕获游离自由基并将其消除,将PVF薄膜在两种气氛中的热解活化能分别提升至154.66和251.96 kJ/mol;有机醇盐钙锌热稳定剂能够吸收HF小分子,并通过多种辅助剂的协同效应放大热稳定化效果,将PVF薄膜热解活化能分别提升至165.00和263.22 kJ/mol。抗氧剂1010/126和有机醇盐钙锌热稳定剂可以显著提升PVF薄膜的热稳定性。The multi-component polyvinyl fluoride(PVF)films prepared from polyvinyl fluoride(PVF)resin,γ-butyrolactone,titanium dioxide and other raw materials exhibit poor high-temperature thermal stability during the hot pressing process.To enhance the thermal stability of PVF films,thermal gravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis behaviors of PVF films under two different atmospheres(nitrogen and air).The Kissinger(maximum weight loss rate)method was used to calculate the pyrolysis activation energy(Ea)and frequency factor(A)of PVF films under different atmospheres.The results show that atmosphere would alter the thermal decomposition reaction process of PVF,thereby affecting the pyrolysis activation energy and frequency factor of the pyrolysis reaction.The activation energy values of PVF films under nitrogen and air atmospheres are respectively 134.12 and 146.99 kJ/mol,and the frequency factors of PVF films under nitrogen and air atmospheres are respectively 9.97×10^(8) and 2.12×10^(10).In addition,the effects of using antioxidant 1010 alone,antioxidant 126 alone,antioxidant 1010/126 with a mass ratio of 5∶1,and organic alcohol salt calcium zinc heat stabilizers on the thermal stability of PVF films were preliminarily investigated.The results show that the antioxidant 1010/126 could effectively capture and eliminate the free radicals,and the pyrolysis activation energy values of PVF films in two atmospheres are respectively increased to 154.66 and 251.96 kJ/mol.Organic alcohol salt calcium zinc thermal stabilizer could absorb small molecules like HF molecules and amplify the thermal stabilization effects through the synergistic effects of multiple auxiliary agents,increasing the pyrolysis activation energy values of PVF films to 165.00 and 263.22 kJ/mol,respectively.Antioxidants 1010/126 and organic alcohol salt calcium zinc heat stabilizers could significantly improve the thermal stability of PVF films.
