摘  要:随着新能源行业的飞速发展,全球锂盐需求迅猛增长。现有锂矿石提锂工艺产生大量锂渣,我国锂渣年排放量已超过1500万t,综合利用率较低,主要利用方向为水泥、混凝土等建材领域,但随着相关标准逐步严格,如何规模化利用锂渣成为亟待解决的问题。在讨论锂渣用于制备建筑材料、合成无机材料的基础上,进一步分析锂渣中金属资源回收、制备沸石分子筛等高值利用方式以及锂渣土壤化大规模生态回归消纳途径,为锂渣的资源化利用与大规模消纳提供建议,为锂盐行业的蓬勃发展保驾护航。With the rapid development of the new energy i ndustry,the global demand for lithium salt grows rapidly.The existing lithium extraction processes from lithium-bearing ores generate a substantial amount of lithium slag,with annual emissions in China exceeding 15 million tons.The comprehensive utilization rate of this slag is relatively low,primarily directed towards the construction materials sector,such as cement and concrete.However,as related standards become increasingly stringent,the large-scale utilization of lithium slag has emerged as an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.Based on the discussing of the application of lithium slag in the preparation of building materials and the synthesis of inorganic materials,the high-value utilization methods such as the recovery of metal resources from lithium slag,the production of zeolite molecular sieves were summarized.Furthermore,the large-scale ecological reclamation strategies of soilization for the disposal of lithium slag were proposed.It provides recommendations for the resource utilization and large-scale consumption of lithium slag,and escorts the vigorous development of lithium salt industry.
