摘 要:开发了基于甲基磺酸-过氧化氢选择性浸出废铅膏中非硫含铅组分的新型工艺,研究了搅拌速度、温度、时间、过氧化氢添加、液固比、粒度等因素对废铅膏非硫含铅组分浸出的影响,优化了甲基磺酸-过氧化氢体系下对废铅膏的浸出条件,研究了废铅膏中含硅杂质的存在形态及浸出渣的形貌与化学组成,提出了废铅膏非硫含铅组分选择性浸出的工艺流程。结果表明,采用预调浆工艺能通过归中反应浸出废铅膏中的铅和部分二氧化铅,减少还原剂过氧化氢的用量,搅拌速率、浸出温度和废铅膏粒度对于废铅膏浸出过程影响较小,还原剂的加入对于二氧化铅的浸出具有关键影响。在搅拌速度400 r/min、浸出温度25℃、液固比5 mL/g、甲基磺酸浓度2.23 mol/L条件下,废铅膏中非硫含铅组分的浸出率可在90 min内达到99%。废铅膏中的含硅杂质主要以短纤维形态存在,部分含铅物质以约1μm的颗粒形式附着在硅杂质表面,浸出渣主要由硫酸铅和含硅纤维组成。A novel process was developed for the selective leaching of non-sulfur-containing lead components from spent lead paste,utilizing a methanesulfonic acid-hydrogen peroxide leaching solution.The effects of stirring speed,leaching temperature,leaching time,hydrogen peroxide addition,liquid-to-solid ratio,and particle size on leaching of non-sulfur lead components in spent lead paste were studied.The optimal leaching conditions under the methanesulfonic acid-hydrogen peroxide solution were identified.Additionally,the form of silicon impurities present in the spent lead paste and the morphology and chemical composition of the leaching residue were explored.A process flow for the selective leaching of non-sulfur lead components from spent lead paste was proposed.The results indicate that employing a pre-adjusted slurrying process can enhance the leaching of lead and some lead dioxide from the spent lead paste through neutralization reactions,thereby reducing the amount of reducing agent hydrogen peroxide.The stirring speed,leaching temperature,and particle size of the spent lead paste have a relatively minor effect on the leaching process,while the addition of the reducing agent significantly influenced the leaching of lead dioxide.Under conditions of stirring speed of 400 r/min,leaching temperature of 25℃,liquid-to-solid ratio of 5 mL/g,and methanesulfonic acid concentration of 2.23 mol/L,the leaching rate of non-sulfur lead components from the spent lead paste can reach 99%within 90 minutes.The silicon impurities within the spent lead paste predominantly existes in a short-fiber form,while some lead-bearing substances is attached to the surfaces of the silicon impurities in the form of particles approximately 1μm in size.The leaching residue mainly consists of lead sulfate and silicon fibers.
