摘  要:以西北某铅锌冶炼厂湿法炼锌浸出过程黄钾铁矾工艺除铁产出的铁矾渣为研究对象,通过化学多元素分析、MLA、SEM、TG-DSC等测试分析方法,对铁矾渣的化学组成、矿物成分、铁、锌等有价矿物的赋存状态以及铁矾渣碳热还原过程进行了详细研究。结果表明,铁矾渣中的主要有价元素有铁、锌、铅等,铁主要赋存于铁矾中,锌主要以硫酸锌和铁酸锌存在,铅主要以白铅矿、铅铁矾、硫化铅、硫酸铅分散分布于铁矾渣中;通过TG-DSC测试分析,1400℃内,铁矾渣中的铁、锌、铅等物相可发生分解,通过碳热还原可实现各有价金属的回收利用。The jarosite slag produced from process of iron removal from the zinc leaching process in a lead-zinc smelter in northwest China was taken as the research object.The chemical composition,mineral composition and occurrence state of valuable minerals such as iron and zinc,and the carbothermal reduction process of jarosite slag were studied in detail by means of chemical multi-element analysis,MLA,SEM and TG-DSC.The results show that the main valuable elements in jarosite slag are iron,zinc,lead,etc.The iron mainly exists in ferrite,zinc mainly exists in zinc sulfate and zinc ferrite,and the lead mainly distributes in the ferrite slag by cerusite,plumbojarosite,lead sulfide and lead sulfate.Through TG-DSC analysis,iron,zinc and lead in jarosite slag can be decomposed within 1400℃,and the valuable metals can be recovered by carbothermal reduct ion.
