摘 要:针对某企业ISP生产工艺中回转窑干燥能力不足的问题,对回转窑的能质流进行了详细分析,发现搭配处理高湿物料、使入窑物料的含水率显著增加是造成回转窑能力不足的主要原因。分析了ISP工艺流程余热资源的品位与特点,提出了利用热风炉烟气余热预干燥高湿物料的思路;并给出了基于热风炉烟气预干燥高湿物料的工艺流程以及多通道交叉逆流式干燥设备结构的初步方案。Address to the insufficient drying capacity of the rotary kiln in an enterprise's ISP production process,a detailed analysis of the energy and quality flow in the rotary kiln was conducted.It is found that the main reason for the insufficient drying capacity of the rotary kiln is the combination of processing high-moisture materials and increasing the water content of the feed material.The grade and characteristics of the waste heat resources in the ISP process were analyzed,and the idea of using the waste heat of the hot air stove to pre-dry high-moisture materials was proposed.The process flow based on pre-drying of high-moisture materials using waste heat of the hot air stove and the preliminary scheme of multi-channel cross-countercurrent drying equipment structure were given.
