摘  要:碳酸锶是维持锌电解顺行的关键添加剂之一。通过盐酸浸出含锶阳极泥获得含锶浸出液,进一步添加碳酸钠析出碳酸锶,实现了从含锶阳极泥回收碳酸锶并返用于锌电解液的新工艺。探究了反应温度、反应时间、液固比、碳酸钠添加量等条件的优化。在浸出温度65℃、浸出时间3 h、液固比30 mL/g、碳酸钠添加量为硫酸锶摩尔量的1.5倍时,阳极泥中锶的回收率为37.6%,所获碳酸锶产品含锶42.9%(等同71.5%SrCO_(3)),主要杂质为锌、锰。考虑到Zn^(2+)及Mn^(2+)均为锌电解液的主要离子,因此在所获碳酸锶产品作为添加剂返用于电解液时上述杂质不会对电解过程造成负面影响。研究结果有望为锌冶炼阳极泥中锶资源的回收利用提供参考。The strontium carbonate(SrCO_(3))is one of the key additives for keeping the stable electrodeposition of metal zinc.Herein,reclamation of Sr from the anode slime and returning it to zinc electrolyte was realized by HCl leaching firstly,followed by Na2CO_(3)-induced precipitation of SrCO_(3) from the leaching solution.The optimization of reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and the amount of sodium carbonate were investigated.When the leaching temperature is 65℃,leaching time is three hours,ratio of liquid to solid is 30 mL/g,and the amount of sodium carbonate is 1.5 times the molar amount of strontium sulfate,the recovery of strontium in anode slime is 37.6%,and the obtained strontium carbonate product contains strontium 42.9%(equivalent to 71.5%SrCO_(3)).The main metallic impurities are zinc and manganese,which will not induce deterioration for zinc electrodeposition because both Zn^(2+) and Mn^(2+) are the main ions of zinc electrolyte.Therefore,the obtained SrCO_(3) can be recycled into the electrolyte as additive for zinc electrodeposition.The research results are expected to provide reference for the recovery and utilization of strontium resources in anode slime of zinc smelting.
