摘 要:搅拌器广泛应用在矿冶领域如Cu、Pb、Zn等的提取以及铁水预脱硫中,CFD仿真是设计和优化搅拌器的重要手段,然而仿真过程中前处理阶段几何模型建立与结构化网格划分通常效率较低。通过使用编程语言Python和开源软件OpenFOAM,开发了一种适用于搅拌器参数自动生成几何模型与高质量结构化网格的前处理程序,仅需输入与搅拌器相关的几何参数,即可自动完成模型与高质量结构化网格的生成,整个过程速度快且自动化程度高。以多种叶片类型的搅拌器为例,完成了模型和结构化网格的快速生成与修改更新;其中,生成KR搅拌器模型与14万结构化网格只需4 s,且网格的质量均在0.7以上,使用该网格进行CFD仿真的效率和精度都高于文献中报道的结果,显著提高了搅拌器CFD仿真的效率,有望助力我国研发设计类工业软件的自主研发和搅拌器的高效化生产。Agitators are widely used in the mining and metallurgical field,such as the extraction of Cu,Pb,Zn,etc.,and the pre-desulfurization of hot molten iron,CFD simulation of agitators is an important means of designing and optimizing agitators,but the efficiency of geometric model establishment and structured mesh generation in the preprocessing stage of the entire CFD simulation process is relatively low.A preprocessing program was developed using the programming language Python and open source software OpenFOAM,which is suitable for the parameterized automatic generation of geometric model and high-quality structured mesh for agitator.By only the inputting geometric/meshing parameters related to the agitator,the geometric model and high-quality structured mesh can be automatically generated,and the entire process is fast and highly automated.Taking various blade types of agitators as examples,the rapid generation,modification,and updating of models and structured meshes were demonstrated.Among them,generating geometric model and 140000 structured grids for KR agitators only takes four seconds,and the quality of the grids are all above 0.7.The efficiency and accuracy of using this mesh for CFD simulation are higher than those reported in the literature.This study significantly improves the efficiency of CFD simulation for agitators,and is expected to support the i ndependent research and development of industrial software for design and efficient production in the engineering field in China.
