摘 要:[目的/意义]分析全球盾构机技术专利现状与竞争态势,为我国盾构机产业专利保护政策的制定及企业专利保护水平的提升提供参考。[方法/过程]对全球盾构机技术专利申请分别从整体态势、研发地域、创新机构、重点技术进行综合分析。[结果/结论]研究表明,全球盾构机领域专利申请呈快速增长态势;中、日、德三国是该领域最重要的专利技术来源国和目标国,中、日两国重点布局本国市场,德、美两国在全球广泛布局专利;中国创新机构在研发活跃度、专利总量方面占有优势,日、德、美三国在研发实力、专利质量方面占有优势。最后,为促进我国盾构机产业的高质量发展,根据研究结果提出相关建议。[Purpose/Significance]To analyze the current status and competitive situation of global shield tunneling technology patents,and provide reference for the formulation of patent protection policies and the improvement of enterprise patent protection level of shield tunneling machine industry in China.[Method/Process]A comprehensive analysis of global shield tunneling machine technology patent applications is conducted from the overall situation,research and development regions,innovative institutions,and key technologies.[Result/Conclusion]Research shows that global patent applications in the field of shield tunneling machines are growing rapidly.China,Japan,and Germany are the most important source and target countries for patent technology in this field.China and Japan focus on developing their own markets,while Germany and the United States have extensively developed patents globally.Chinese innovation institutions have advantages in research and development activity and total patent volume,while Japan,Germany,and the United States have advantages in research and development strength and patent quality.Finally,in order to promote the high-quality development of shield tunneling machine industry in China,relevant suggestions are proposed based on the research results.
