摘　　要：[目的/意义]文章从已有国内集成电路产业的研究文献中提取关键词,梳理研究文献数量、研究作者、研究热点等,展示出产业研究热点趋势,为了解国内集成电路研究现状和研究趋势提供参考。[方法/过程]采用VOSviewer软件,在CNKI数据库中相关文献进行提取、清洗与分析,结合“集成电路”及相关的关键词,揭示国内集成电路研究的演变过程。[结果/结论 ]国内集成电路相关的研究文献共4767篇;大部分由高校和研究院所的研究人员发表,产业界发表研究文献较少;高频词共32个,低功耗、可靠性、设计、封装等方向吸引国内学者的研发兴趣;研究热点可分为元器件、设计、测试、封装、知识产权、人才、应用等七大聚类,研究内容表现出与时俱进的特点。[Purpose/Significance]This paper extracts keywords from existing domestic integrated circuit(IC)industry research literature,sorts out the number of research literature,research authors,research hotspots,etc.,shows the hot trends of industrial research,and provides references for understanding the current status and research trends of domestic IC industry.[Method/Process]VOSviewer software is used to extract,clean and analyze relevant literature in CNKI database,and combined with“integrated circuit”and related keywords,to reveal the evolution process of domestic integrated circuit research.[Result/Conclusion]There are 4767 literatures related to integrated circuits in China.Most of them are published by researchers in universities and research institutes,while the industry published fewer research documents.The research focus can be divided into seven clusters,i.e.components,design,testing,packaging,intellectual property,talent and application,showing the characteristics of advancing with the times.
