摘　　要：随着新质生产力的迅猛发展,劳动力市场对高技能人才的需求持续增长。然而,当前学生就业市场面临着信息不对称和技能不匹配等挑战,这导致了学生就业难与企业招聘难并存的复杂状况。在新质生产力的背景下,研究构建了基于技能匹配的学生就业推荐模型,并围绕职业技能库的构建、技能匹配算法、个性化推荐策略等关键环节进行了深入研究。通过实际应用测试,研究验证了模型的实用性和有效性。With the rapid development of new quality productivity,the demand for high skilled talents in the labor market continues to grow.However,the current student employment market is facing challenges such as information asymmetry and skill mismatch,resulting in a complex situation where both student employment difficulties and enterprise recruitment difficulties coexist.The study constructed a student employment recommendation model based on skill matching in the context of new quality productivity and conducted in-depth research on key aspects such as the construction of vocational skill libraries,skill matching algorithms,and personalized recommendation strategies.Through practical application testing,the study has verified the practicality and effectiveness of the model.
