摘　　要：随着企业信息化建设深入,企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)系统发挥了重要作用。然而,许多企业在运维人员的技能培养上仍存在技能需求与实际能力间的差距、技术更新滞后以及跨部门沟通协作不足等问题。文章针对ERP系统运维人员的技能需求进行了分析,并探讨了如何构建有针对性的培训体系,旨在提高运维人员的综合素质与工作效率,保证ERP系统的持续优化及企业管理的顺利实施。With the deepening of enterprise informatization,enterprise resource planning(ERP)systems play a significant role.However,many enterprises still face challenges in the skill development of maintenance personnel,including gaps between skill requirements and actual capabilities,delayed technological updates,and insufficient cross-department communication and collaboration.The paper analyzes the skill requirements of ERP system maintenance personnel and explores the construction of targeted training systems.It aims to enhance the comprehensive capabilities and work efficiency of maintenance personnel to ensure the continuous optimization of ERP systems and the smooth implementation of enterprise management.
