摘　　要：本文总结了浙江大学医学院附属第一医院在学生培养中的教学质量控制(简称质控)方案及经验,旨在为临床医学拔尖创新人才培养体系的构建提供参考。通过建立质控核心组织,运用PDCA循环工具扎实开展相关工作,梳理分析医院教学质控过程中的重要环节,逐步形成教学质控化体系,医院临床教学质量得到了有效提升。这一成果表明,一个运行良好的教学质量管理框架离不开专业质控团队的支持、有效的沟通机制以及定期的反馈与调整,这些经验对于进一步完善和优化临床医学拔尖创新人才培养体系具有重要的借鉴意义。This paper summarizes the quality control(QC)program and experiences in student training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,aiming to provide a reference for the construction of a training system for elite and innovative clinical medical talents.By establishing a core quality control organization and applying the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle,the hospital systematically addresses and analyzes key components of the teaching quality control process.Over time,this has led to the gradual formation of a quality control system for teaching,resulting in significant improvements in clinical teaching quality.This outcome demonstrates that a well-functioning teaching quality management framework relies on the support of a professional QC team,effective communication mechanisms,and regular feedback and adjustments.These experiences provide valuable insights for further refining and optimizing the training system for elite and innovative talents in clinical medicine.
