摘  要:目的:从资助育人视角出发,调查医学院校学生对家庭经济困难学生资助体系的评价,分析评价差异的原因,并提出改进建议。方法:以杭州医学院学生为研究对象,在不同的专业、年级中使用问卷进行随机抽样调查。结果:总评分得分率达67.85%,两种评价因素之间存在差异(P<0.05),学生对资助体系的实施成效评价显著高于对政策普及性的评价。不同家乡所在地区、家庭人均月收入和是否获得过资助的学生在总评上存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:资助体系总体所获评价较高。不同特征的学生之间存在显著评价差异,要针对特定群体进一步发挥资助育人的功能。Objective:From the perspective of support-oriented education,this study aims to investigate medical students'evaluations of the financial assistance system for economically disadvantaged students,analyze the reasons behind the evaluation differences,and provide recommendations for improvement.Methods:A random sampling survey using questionnaires was conducted among students at Hangzhou Medical College across various majors and grade levels.Results:The overall score rate was 67.85%.Significant differences were found between two evaluation factors(P<0.05),with students'assessment of the effectiveness of the assistance system significantly higher than their evaluation of the policy's outreach.Differences in overall evaluations were observed among students based on their hometown region,monthly per capita family income,and whether they had received financial aid(P<0.05).Conclusion:The financial assistance system received a generally positive evaluation.However,significant evaluation differences exist among students with different characteristics,indicating the need to tailor the support function for specific groups of students.
