护理本科生对肿瘤专科护理临床见习需求与期望值的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解护理本科生对肿瘤专科护理的临床见习需求与期望值。方法:在2022年9月采用网络调查方式对411名护理本科二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果:411名护理本科生对肿瘤专科护理临床见习呈积极、认可态度,期望值得总分为(46.75±9.43)分,有无医学背景、是否自愿选择护理专业是护理本科生见习期望值的影响因素(P<0.05);50%以上护理本科生希望肿瘤专科护理见习形式多样,50%以上本科生希望参与专科特色护理见习。结论:护理本科生对肿瘤专科护理临床见习期望值高,并希望增加肿瘤专科护理见习。Objective:To investigate the demand and expectations of nursing undergraduates regarding clinical internships in oncology nursing.Methods:A network survey was conducted in September 2022,involving 411 second-year nursing undergraduates.Results:The majority of nursing undergraduates demonstrated a positive attitude towards clinical internships in oncology nursing.The average expectation score was(46.75±9.43).Factors influencing internship expectations included whether the student had a medical background and whether the nursing profession was voluntarily chosen(P<0.05).Over 50%of nursing undergraduates hoped for diverse forms of clinical internship in oncology nursing,and more than 50%expressed interest in participating in specialized nursing internships.Conclusion:Nursing undergraduates have high expectations for clinical internships in oncology nursing and hope to see an increase in such opportunities.
