摘 要:目的:探讨形成性评价在临床技能胸膜腔穿刺术教学中的应用价值。方法:选取我校临床本科学生380人,采用随机分组方法分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统教学评价模式,试验组采用传统教学评价模式+形成性评价。结果:试验组学生在胸膜腔穿刺术整体掌握上优于对照组学生。结论:形成性评价是持续改进学生学习和促进学生发展的重要手段,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the value of formative evaluation in teaching the clinical skill of thoracentesis.Methods:A total of 380 clinical undergraduate students from our university were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group received traditional teaching and assessment methods,while the experimental group received traditional methods combined with formative evaluation.Results:The students in the experimental group showed superior overall mastery of thoracentesis compared to the control group.Conclusion:Formative evaluation is a crucial tool for continuously improving student learning and development,and its application is worth promoting.
