摘  要:目的:评价微课联合PDCA理念在神经外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年6月在同济大学附属同济医院神经外科轮转的规培医师41名为对照组,采用传统带教模式;2019年7月至2021年12月参加轮转的67名规培医师为试验组,采用微课联合PDCA理念带教模式,规培结束后,对两组学生进行考核和问卷调查,以评价教学效果。结果:试验组学生在床旁病历分析(P<0.001)、病历书写(P<0.01)、理论掌握(P<0.001)和技能操作(P<0.05)方面,相对对照组有明显的优势。并且随着微课联合PDCA理念教学模式的实施,试验组的成绩得到逐步提高。从问卷调查结果来看,学生对微课联合PDCA理念的教学模式认可度更高。结论:微课联合PDCA理念教学模式更易于激发学生学习积极性,培养学生良好的自学和互助能力,提高神经外科规培的教学效果。Objective:To evaluate the application effect of micro lecture combined with PDCA concept in standardized training and teaching for neurosurgery residents.Methods:41 residents who rotated in the neurosurgery department of Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji University from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the control group,using traditional teaching methods.In contrast,67 residents rotating from July 2019 to December 2021 formed the experimental group,where the micro lecture combined with PDCA concept teaching mode was adopted.After the training,the two groups were assessed and surveyed to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:The experimental group showed significant advantages in bedside medical record analysis(P<0.001),medical record writing(P<0.01),theoretical mastery(P<0.001),and skill operations(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Furthermore,with the implementation of the micro lecture combined with PDCA concept,the experimental group's scores gradually improved.The questionnaire results indicated higher satisfaction with the teaching mode in the experimental group.Conclusion:The micro lecture combined with the PDCA concept teaching mode is more effective in stimulating students'enthusiasm for learning,cultivating self-study and collaborative abilities,and enhancing the teaching effectiveness of neurosurgery residency training.
