摘 要:目的:探讨形成性评价和以能力培养为核心的教学方法在儿科临床技能模拟教学中的应用效果。方法:试验组采用形成性评价教学方式,对照组采用传统教学模式。通过临床技能考核和学生调查问卷进行教学效果评价。结果:试验组的临床思维、无菌观念和职业素养成绩均高于对照组,但是技能操作成绩两组之间无差异。绝大多数学生认为在模拟教学中采用形成性评价这种方式能提高自主学习、临床思维和团队协作能力。结论:在儿科临床技能模拟教学中应用形成性评价具有可行性,在对学生的能力培养方面取得了良好的学习效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of formative assessment and ability training as core teaching methods in pediatric clinical skill simulation teaching.Methods:The experimental group adopted the formative assessment teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.Teaching effects were evaluated through clinical skill examinations and student questionnaires.Results:The experimental group scored higher in clinical thinking,aseptic concepts,and professional quality than the control group;however,there was no significant difference in skill operation between the two groups.The majority of students believed that the use of formative assessment in simulation teaching helped improve their ability for autonomous learning,clinical thinking,and teamwork.Conclusion:The application of formative assessment in pediatric clinical skill simulation teaching is feasible and has achieved positive learning outcomes in the development of students'abilities.
