摘  要:目的:探讨临床诊疗指南结合CBL双轨教学法在口腔正畸住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法:将我院口腔科2020级、2021级、2022级规培学员分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用临床诊疗指南联合CBL双轨教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式,比较试验组和对照组两组考核成绩、教学满意度以及教学效果评价。结果:试验组在考核成绩、教学满意度以及教学效果评价上均显著高于对照组。结论:临床诊疗指南结合CBL双轨教学法能够显著提高规培学员学习效果,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of integrating clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines with the CBL dual-track teaching method in the standardized training of orthodontic residents.Methods:Residents from the 2020,2021,and 2022 classes of the oral department in our hospital were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group used clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines combined with the CBL dual-track teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The training assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and evaluation of teaching effects of both groups were compared.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in training assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and evaluation of teaching effects.Conclusion:The integration of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines with the CBL dual-track teaching method can significantly enhance the learning outcomes of residents in standardized training and is worth promoting.
