摘　　要：2019年12月新冠疫情的暴发给硕士研究生招生工作造成了巨大挑战。在新冠疫情常态化防控的新形势下,如何在确保研究生招生的安全性、公平性和科学性的基础上,改革招生方式方法,是全国高等院校和科研院所面临的问题。本研究基于现行的招生制度,结合对广东某医科院校2022年硕士招生录取中导师和学生关于复试组织工作的反馈调研,分析新冠疫情常态化防控背景下硕士研究生招生制度面临的挑战,提出推进硕士研究生招生制度改革的几点思考。The outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019 has brought huge challenges to the enrollment of master's students.Under the new situation of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19,how to reform the methods of enrollment on the basis of ensuring the safety,fairness,and scientific nature of graduate enrollment is a problem facing universities and research institutes across the country.Based on the current enrollment system,this study combines the feedback survey from teachers and students on the organization of the re-interview in the enrollment of master's students at a medical college in Guangdong in 2022.The study analyzes the challenges faced by the master's student enrollment system under the background of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 and puts forward some thoughts on promoting the reform of the master's enrollment system.
