中国工商管理学科自主知识体系构建的发展与评价——基于2015—2024年主文献的CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：以2015—2024年发表于中国人文社科学术期刊的工商管理学科论文为参考,结合高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖、“三大文摘”摘编、知网高被引论文情况,并经专家评审及广泛征集学界意见后,选取了工商管理学科280篇主文献为研究样本,采用信息可视化软件CiteSpace对中国工商管理学科的知识图谱结构进行可视化分析,绘制工商管理研究的发文作者、研究机构、关键词共现、关键词时区及关键词突现等图谱来探寻工商管理领域的发展脉络与热点演化。研究结果显示:发文作者之间的研究合作较少;研究机构主要以高校和科研院所为主,跨机构合作强度不大;工商管理、人才培养、教学改革、培养模式、学科建设是近年来工商管理学科主文献中的高频关键词,人才培养、学科建设和教学改革是工商管理研究的热点领域;工商管理学科研究方法与研究内容与时俱进;构建核心作者团队、加强人才培养和教学体系建设是未来研究的主要方向。databases,and highly cited papers in CNKI,this study selects 280 main literature pieces as research samples in the Business Administration discipline after expert reviews and extensive consultation with academia.The knowledge mapping structure of China's Business Administration discipline is visualized using the information visualization software CiteSpace.It draws maps of authorship,research institutions,co-occurrence of keywords,keyword timelines,and keyword bursts to explore the developmental trajectory and evolving hotspots within the field of business administration.The results indicate that research collaboration among authors is limited;research institutions are primarily universities and research institutes,with relatively weak inter-institutional cooperation.Business administration,talent cultivation,teaching reform,training model,and discipline construction emerge as high-frequency keywords in recent primary literature.Talent cultivation,discipline construction,and teaching system reform are identified as hot research areas.The research methods and content in the discipline have evolved with time.Building core author teams,strengthening talent cultivation,and enhancing teaching system construction are identified as the main directions for future research.
