大学生睡眠质量与体力活动、屏幕时间的相关性

摘  要:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、国际体力活动量表(中文版短卷)和屏幕时间调查问卷对嘉兴大学在校大学生进行问卷调查,利用SPSS27.0软件,采用双变量相关分析探索大学生睡眠质量与体力活动水平、屏幕时间的相关性。结果表明:大学生睡眠质量不存在性别差异,不同性别睡眠质量维度中仅睡眠时间存在差异(P=0.032),女生睡眠时间长于男生;睡眠质量正常和异常的大学生,中高强度体力活动水平存在显著性差异(P<0.05);睡眠质量维度中睡眠自评、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍与体力活动水平负相关(P<0.05);而屏幕时间与睡眠时间、日间功能障碍正相关(P<0.05)。进而得出:中高强度体力活动水平可促进睡眠质量的提高;过长屏幕时间不利于睡眠质量改善。This study utilized the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(short version in Chinese)and a screen time questionnaire to survey students at Jiaxing University.Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 software through bivariate correlation analysis to explore the relationships between sleep quality,physical activity levels and screen time among college students.Findings indicate no gender differences in overall sleep quality among students,except in sleep duration where females score higher than males(P=0.032).Significant differences in moderate to vigorous physical activity levels are observed between students with normal and abnormal sleep quality(P<0.05).Negative correlations are found between physical activity levels and self-rated sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep disturbances,and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).Conversely,screen time positively correlates with sleep duration and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).The study concludes that moderate to vigorous physical activity can enhance sleep quality,whereas excessive screen time adversely affects it.
