摘　　要：目的:分析二类精神药品处方前置审核规则库精细化设置与实践。方法:利用处方前置审核系统,对门急诊二类精神药品的适应证、用法用量、用药天数等进行精细化设置,抽取精细化设置前(2022年4月—12月)及设置后(2023年4月—12月)的门急诊二类精神药品处方每月200张,分析合格率及不合理问题,评价该精细化设置在门急诊二类精神药品处方中的实践效果。结果:门急诊二类精神药品处方合格率由93.11%提升至97.83%(P<0.05),精细化设置后规范性问题已得到基本解决,处方适应性问题数量大大减少。结论:通过门急诊二类精神药品的精细化设置规范了二类精神药品的管理,促进了临床合理用药。Objective:To analyze the fine setting and practice of the rule base of pre-review of second-class psychotropic drug prescriptions.Methods:The prescription pre-audit system was used to finely set the indications,usage and dosage,and medication days of second-class psychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments.Before the fine setting(April-December 2022)and after the setting(April-December 2023),200 prescriptions of second-class psychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments were selected every month.The qualified rate and unreasonable problems were analyzed,and the practical effect of the fine setting in the prescription of classⅡpsychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments was evaluated.Results:The qualified rate of the second-class psychotropic drugs in outpatient and emergency departments increased from 93.11%to 97.83%(P<0.05).The qualified rate of the second-class psychotropic drugs improved,and the standardization problems basically solved after the setting,and the number of prescription adaptability problems greatly reduced.Conclusion:With the refined setting of the second-class psychotropic drugs,the management of second-class psychotropic drugs is standardized,which promotes the clinical rational use of drugs.
