35例二羟丙茶碱致患者不良反应的病例分析

摘　　要：目的:分析二羟丙茶碱药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生规律及临床特征。方法:在国家药品不良反应监测系统中搜索“二羟丙茶碱”,检索出我院2021年2月—2023年6月上报的不良反应共计35例,按照基本情况、报告类型、给药途径剂量、ADR临床表现、发生时间及转归等进行统计与分析。结果:35例药品不良反应报告中,男14例、女21例,其中>50岁24例(68.57%);已知一般的ADR 24例(68.57%),新的一般的ADR 10例(28.57%),新的严重的ADR 1例(2.86%);临床表现中消化系统损害居首位,共17例(35.42%),ADR发生时间主要集中在用药后30 min内(31例,88.57%),均在停药或对症治疗后1 d内痊愈或好转。结论:临床需加强二羟丙茶碱的用药监测,以减少不良反应的发生,促进安全合理用药。Objective:To analyze the occurrence regularity and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by diprophylline.Methods:The"diprophylline"was searched in the national adverse drug reaction monitoring system,and a total of 35 cases of adverse reactions reported in our hospital from February 2021 to June 2023 were retrieved.Statistics and analysis were performed according to the basic situation,report type,route of administration dose,clinical manifestations of ADR,occurrence time and outcome.Results:Among the 35 cases of adverse drug reaction reports,there were 14 males and 21 females,including 24 cases(68.57%)over 50 years old.There were 24 cases of known general ADR(68.57%),10 cases of new general ADR(28.57%),and 1 case of new severe ADR(2.86%).Among the clinical manifestations,digestive system damage ranked the first,with a total of 17 cases(35.42%).The occurrence time of ADR was mainly within 30 min after medication(31 cases,88.57%),and all of them were cured or improved within 1 d after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of diprophylline in clinical practice to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and promote safe and rational drug use.
