摘　　要：目的:调查并分析我院化疗恶心呕吐患者使用中药注射剂的情况,同时为我院中药注射剂的临床合理使用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,随机抽取2023年7月—2024年6月化疗恶心呕吐患者使用的中药注射剂处方720份,即每月抽取60份,采用人工专项点评方式,对不合理用药进行情况统计分析。结果:720份中药注射剂处方中,不合理用药114份(15.83%),主要原因有适应证不适宜63份(55.26%)、溶媒不适宜40份(35.09%)、溶媒用量不适宜8份(7.02%)、联合用药不适宜2份(1.75%)、给药途径不适宜1份(0.88%)。结论:我院化疗恶心呕吐患者使用中药注射剂不合格率较高,应加强中药注射剂使用管理,提高临床科室规范用药水平,促进合理用药。Objective:To investigate and analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients with chemotherapy nausea and vomiting in our hospital,and to provide reference for the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to randomly select 720 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injections used by patients with nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy from July 2023 to June 2024,that is,60 prescriptions were selected every month.The irrational drug use was statistically analyzed by manual special review.Results:Among the 720 prescriptions of TCM injections,114 were unreasonable(15.83%),and the main reasons were:63(55.26%)were unsuitable for the indication,40(35.09%)were unsuitable for the solvent,8(7.02%)were unsuitable for the dosage of the solvent,2(1.75%)were unsuitable for the combination,and 1(0.88%)was unsuitable for the route of administration.Conclusion:The unqualified rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients with chemotherapy nausea and vomiting in our hospital is high.We should strengthen the management of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,improve the level of standardized drug use in clinical departments,and promote rational drug use.
