摘　　要：目的:探究西地那非对高原地区藏族儿童高原性肺动脉高压的疗效。方法:回顾性分析高原藏族地区2022年2月—2024年10月期间收治的80例高原性肺动脉高压儿童为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为两组,接受基础治疗的为对照组(44例),给予西地那非治疗的为治疗组(36例),比较两组临床疗效、氧合指数变化、心率及肺动脉收缩指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)高于对照组,心率、肺动脉收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高原地区藏族原性肺动脉收缩高压儿童应用西地那非效果显著,可改善血氧指标,稳定心率、肺动脉收缩压,促使患儿机体加速恢复。Objective:To explore the curative effect of sildenafil on high altitude pulmonary hypertension in Tibetan children in plateau area.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 children with high altitude pulmonary hypertension admitted to the plateau Tibetan area from February 2022 to October 2024 was conducted.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The control group(44 children)received basic treatment and the treatment group(36 children)received sildenafil treatment.The clinical efficacy,oxygenation index changes,heart rate and pulmonary artery contraction indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.27%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SaO_(2),PaO_(2),and PaCO_(2) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and heart rate and pulmonary artery systolic pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sildenafil in Tibetan children with pulmonary artery systolic hypertension in plateau area has a significant effect,which can improve the blood oxygen index,stabilize the heart rate and pulmonary artery systolic pressure,and promote the accelerated recovery of the children.
