血必净注射液联合常规西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究血必净注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者的疗效,以及对患者肺功能和炎性反应的作用。方法:将商丘市第一人民医院于2021年5月—2023年10月收治的84例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,即对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组实施常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上增加血必净注射液进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标[第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血必净注射液在治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者方面疗效突出,能够对肺功能起到改善作用,同时减轻炎症反应,安全性也较高。Objective:To study the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure,and its effect on pulmonary function and inflammatory response.Methods:A total of 84 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure admitted to Shangqiu First People's Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,lung function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection is effective in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure,which can improve lung function and reduce inflammatory response,and has high safety.
