摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸倍他司汀联合薰衣草芳香疗法对BPPV复位后残余症状。方法:选取新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院2023年1月—2023年12月收治的120例BPPV行手法复位后残余症状患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例,给予常规药物)和观察组(60例),在对照组治疗基础上加用薰衣草芳香疗法,比较两组临床疗效、DHI评分、眩晕程度、HAMA、HAMD评分以及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组不同时间点(2周、4周)DHI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周后眩晕程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HAMA、HAMD评分、复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:倍他司汀联合薰衣草芳香疗法对改善BPPV复位后残余症状具有积极意义,有效减轻焦虑和紧张情绪,进而改善眩晕程度,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the residual symptoms of BPPV after reduction by betahistine hydrochloride combined with lavender aromatherapy.Methods:A total of 120 patients with residual symptoms after manual reduction of BPPV admitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(60 patients,given conventional drugs)and observation group(60 patients,treated with lavender aromatherapy on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,DHI score,vertigo degree,HAMA,HAMD score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than the 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The DHI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at different time points(2 weeks,4 weeks)(P<0.05).The degree of dizziness in the observation group was milder than that in the control group after 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores,as well as the recurrence rate,in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of betahistine and lavender aromatherapy has a positive effect on improving residual symptoms after BPPV reduction,effectively reducing anxiety and tension,thereby improving dizziness and enhancing quality of life.
