附桂骨痛胶囊辅助美洛昔康治疗膝骨关节炎急性期患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察附桂骨痛胶囊联合美洛昔康治疗膝骨关节炎急性期患者的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月收治的112例膝骨关节炎急性期患者作为研究对象,通过红蓝双色球法均分为西药组(n=56)和联合组(n=56)。西药组应用美洛昔康治疗,联合组则加用附桂骨痛胶囊治疗。比较两组临床效果、不良反应发生情况、临床症状改善程度、膝关节功能、血清学指标[血软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白介素-23(IL-23)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)]。结果:联合组治疗总有效率为98.21%,高于西药组的83.93%(P<0.05);联合组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、关节肿胀数低于西药组,晨僵时间短于西药组,主、被动膝关节活动度高于西药组(P<0.05);联合组不安定度、疼痛、闭锁感、肿胀度、楼梯攀爬、跛行、蹲姿、使用支撑物评分高于西药组(P<0.05);联合组COMP、MMP-9、IL-23水平低于西药组,TGF-β1水平高于西药组(P<0.05)。西药组和联合组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:附桂骨痛胶囊联合美洛昔康治疗膝骨关节炎急性期患者的疗效明显,可有效改善患者临床症状、膝关节功能、血清学指标,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of Fugui Gutong capsule combined with meloxicam in the treatment of patients with acute knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 112 patients with acute knee osteoarthritis admitted from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the western medicine group(n=56)and the combined group(n=56)by the red and blue bicolor method.The western medicine group was treated with meloxicam,and the combined group was treated with Fugui Gutong capsule.The clinical effects,adverse reactions,improvement of clinical symptoms,knee joint function and serological indexes[blood cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-23(IL-23),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group was 98.21%,which was higher than 83.93%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The VAS score and joint swelling number of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group,and the morning stiffness time was shorter than that of the western medicine group.The active and passive knee joint range of motion was higher than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).The scores of instability,pain,lockdown,swelling,stair climbing,limping,squatting,and support use in the combined group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of COMP,MMP-9,and IL-23 in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the level of TGF-β1 was higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the western medicine group and the combination group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fugui Gutong capsule combined with meloxicam has obvious efficacy in treating patients with acute knee osteoarthritis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,knee joint function,and serological indicators of patients,with high safety.
