摘　　要：目的:研究中医综合护理在脑梗死患者药物治疗期间的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2024年1月我院收治的86例脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医综合护理。比较两组临床疗效、POMS-SF量表评分、脑卒中影响量表评分和用药依从性。结果:护理后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组POMS-SF量表各评分低于对照组,脑卒中生活质量各评分高于对照组,且用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理能明显提高脑梗死患者的药物治疗效果,改善其心理状态和生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cerebral infarction during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,POMS-SF scale score,stroke impact scale score and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of POMS-SF scale in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of stroke quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the medication compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the drug treatment effect of patients with cerebral infarction,improve their psychological state and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
