基于PALBI评分的分级护理模式在肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于PALBI评分的分级护理模式在药物治疗肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年6月我院收治的120例肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组依据PALBI评分实施分级护理,比较两组止血时间、止血成功率、再出血率、护理满意度及生活质量。结果:观察组止血成功率高于对照组,止血时间及再出血率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度及健康调查量表(SF-36)各项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PALBI评分的分级护理模式在药物治疗肝硬化伴上消化道出血患者中应用效果显著,可提高止血成功率、缩短止血时间、降低再出血率,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of grading nursing mode based on PALBI score in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(60 patients)and control group(60 patients) by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given graded nursing according to PALBI score.The hemostasis time,hemostasis success rate,rebleeding rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time and rebleeding rate were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction and health survey scale(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The graded nursing model based on PALBI score has a significant effect in patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with drugs.It can improve the success rate of hemostasis,shorten the hemostasis time,reduce the rate of rebleeding,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
