摘　　要：目的:分析以需求层次框架理论为基础的护理干预联合免疫调节药物对暴发性心肌炎患者心理弹性及心功能影响。方法:选取2022年1—2023年12月我院收治的84例暴发性心肌炎患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例,对照组免疫调节治疗+常规护理,观察组免疫调节治疗+以需求层次框架理论为基础的护理。比较两组心理弹性、心功能及自我效能。结果:干预后,观察组LVDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组坚韧、自强、乐观评分及自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对暴发性心肌炎患者在免疫调节药物治疗的基础上,联合应用以需求层次框架理论为基础的护理措施,能有效改善患者心理状况及心功能水平,并提高自我效能。Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on demand hierarchy framework theory combined with immunomodulatory drugs on psychological resilience and cardiac function in patients with fulminant myocarditis.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,84 patients with fulminant myocarditis were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with immunomodulatory therapy+routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with immunomodulatory therapy+nursing based on the theory of hierarchy of needs framework.The psychological resilience,cardiac function and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,LVDD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of tenacity,self-improvement,optimism and self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of immunomodulatory drug therapy for patients with fulminant myocarditis,the combined application of nursing measures based on the hierarchy of needs framework theory can effectively improve the psychological status and cardiac function of patients,and improve self-efficacy.
