摘  要:通过动电位极化法、电化学阻抗图谱法、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线光电子能谱研究了440C、BD1N、S35VN马氏体不锈钢在人工唾液(Artificial Saliva,AS)和硼酸盐缓冲液(Borate Buffered Saline,BBS)中的电化学性能。动电位极化曲线显示,试样均发生钝化,显示良好的耐蚀性。电化学阻抗图谱显示圆弧形,表明电极过程主要受电化学反应步骤控制。440C试样的腐蚀电流密度J_(corr)较小,自腐蚀电位E_(corr)较高,容抗弧半径较大,电荷转移电阻(R_(ct))和钝化膜电阻(R_(f))之和较大,耐蚀性最好。就耐蚀性而言:440C>BD1N>S35VN。腐蚀产物主要为FeO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Cr_(2)O_(3)等。The electrochemical properties of 440C,BD1N and S35VN martensitic stainless steels in artificial saliva(AS)and borate buffered saline(BBS)were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization tests,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Potentiodynamic polarization curves reveal that passivation occurrs for all the samples,indicating desirable corrosion resistance.The circular arc shape of EIS results illustrates that the electrode processes are controlled by the electrochemical reactions.The 440C sample exhibits small corrosion current density J_(corr),high corrosion potential E_(corr),large arc radius,large sum of charge transfer resis⁃tance and passivation film resistance R_(ct)+R_(f),indicating optimal corrosion resistance.The corrosion resistance is pre⁃sented as follows:440C>BD1N>S35VN.The corrosion products are mainly composed of FeO,Fe_(2)O_(3),and Cr_(2)O_(3).
