摘 要:通道装备寿命分析与预测是基板玻璃领域研究的重要课题。由于运行状态与工艺环境存在差异性,通道装备寿命在预测中存在非线性、复杂性和不确定性,为此提出基于关键工艺特征的通道装备寿命预测模型。系统分析通道装备寿命影响因素并量化关键工艺特征,建立基于最小二乘法支持向量机(LS-SVM)的通道装备寿命预测模型,实现对在运行通道装备寿命预测,为线体寿命优化提升及冷修工程建设提供理论依据。结合通道装备实际案例验证了该模型的合理性与准确性。Channel equipment life analysis and prediction is an important topic in the field of substrate glass research.Due to differences in operating conditions and process environments,channel equipment life prediction involves nonlinearity,complexity,and uncertainty.Therefore,a channel equipment life prediction model based on key process features is proposed.The influencing factors of channel equipment life were systematically analyzed and the key process characteristics were quantified,and a channel equipment life prediction model based on least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)was established to realize the prediction of equipment life in the running channel,which provided a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of line life and the construction of cold repair engineering.Combined with the actual case of channel equipment,the rationality and accuracy of the model are verified.
