摘 要:供料道温度的合理调控是确保玻璃液均匀、稳定,提升玻璃产品质量和生产效率的关键。为探究合理调控的方法,阐述了供料道玻璃液的温度分布特征、玻璃液均化的温度检测方式、分析了不同情况所适用的供料道加热和冷却方式、供料道的温度PID仪表自动控制技术以及供料道操作与调整的工艺要求等。对提高玻璃产品品质、玻璃制造业的转型升级具有参考意义。The reasonable regulation and control of the temperature in the feeder channel is the key to ensure the homogeneity and stability of the glass melt,and improve the quality of glass products and production efficiency.In order to explore reasonable control methods,the temperature distribution characteristics of the glass melt in the feeder channel and the detection method of temperature for homogenizing the glass melt are described.The heating and cooling methods applicable to different situations,the automatic control technology of temperature PID instruments in the feeder channel,and the process requirements for operating and adjusting of the feeder channel are also discussed.It has significant reference for improving the quality of glass products and the transformation and upgrading of glass manufacturing industry.
