摘 要:化学钢化技术亦称离子交换技术,通过离子交换在玻璃表面形成压缩应力层,提高玻璃的机械强度,是增强玻璃力学性能的重要方式。通过实验分析,综述了化学钢化温度、化学钢化时间及熔盐中Na^(+)含量对钢化效果的影响,研究了不同工艺条件与化学钢化之间的关系。Chemical strengthening technology,also known as ion exchange technology,is an important way to enhance the mechanical properties of glass by forming a compressive stress layer on the surface of glass through ion exchange and improving the mechanical strength of glass.The properties of chemically strengthened glass are directly affected by the technological conditions of chemical+tempering.The effects of chemical strengthening temperature,chemical strengthening time and Na^(+) content in molten salt on the tempering effect were reviewed,and the relationship between different process conditions and chemical strengthening was studied.
