摘  要:药用中硼硅玻璃管质量要求高,生产技术难度大,传统的空气助燃玻璃熔化技术无法实现正常生产。由于全氧燃烧+电助熔技术的明显优势,在中硼硅药用玻璃管生产中得到了成功应用。通过对全氧烧枪和电极的合理排布以及燃料和电能的合理分配,形成玻璃液上部、内部双向供热,从而加速了玻璃熔制各阶段的进程,整个熔化过程各区域温度可控,提高了玻璃液质量,生产出了优质的药用中硼硅玻璃管。The requirement on quality of medium borosilicate glass tube for pharmaceutical uses are high,and the production technology is difficult.Therefore,the traditional air combustion glass melting technology cannot achieve normal production.Due to the obvious advantages of oxy-fuel combustion and electric boosting technology,it has been successfully applied in the production of medium borosilicate glass tube for medical uses.Through the reasonable arrangement of the oxygen burners and electrodes,as well as the rational distribution of fuel and electric energy,the upper and internal two-way heating of the glass melt is achieved,which accelerates the course of each stage of the glass melting process.The temperature in each area of the melting process is controllable,the quality of the glass melt is improved,and the high-quality medicinal borosilicate glass tube is produced.
