建筑玻璃用隔热膜不同辐照度耐老化性能研究

摘  要:耐老化性能是考察建筑玻璃用隔热膜使用寿命的重要指标。为探究不同辐照度对建筑玻璃用隔热膜耐老化性能的影响,在相同条件下,选择550 W/m^(2)和1000 W/m^(2)两种辐照度对试样辐照进行耐老化试验,测试老化后可见光透射比和黏结力的性能,分析两种辐照强度下产品的耐老化能力,为建筑玻璃用隔热膜选择适合的辐照强度提出建议。The aging resistance performance is an important indicator for evaluating the service life of insulation films for building glass.To investigate the effect of different irradiance on the aging resistance of insulation films for building glass,under the same conditions,two irradiance levels of 22550 W/m^(2) and 1000 W/m^(2) were selected to conduct aging resistance tests on the samples.The visible light transmittance and adhesive strength after aging were tested,and the aging resistance of the products under the two irradiance levels was analyzed.Suggestions were made for selecting the appropriate irradiance level for insulation films used in building glass.
