摘  要:为探究光生物调节对睡眠调节效果的影响,本研究采用了不同频率(40、70、110 Hz)的860 nm近红外光诱发睡眠。首先,采集脑电(EEG)信号,对其进行预处理、重心频率计算和时频分析;其次,对比不同频率EEG信号的重心频率以及频段能量并进行统计学分析。结果表明,光生物调节使大脑重心频率下移,EEG信号的α、θ、δ波段功率显著增强,睡眠相关脑区的重心频率变化具有显著性,有利于人体进入睡眠状态。本研究为光生物调节在诱导睡眠中的应用提供了实验基础和参数参考,有利于进一步理解其调节睡眠的机制。In order to explore the influence of photobiomodulation on the sleep regulation effect,the 860 nm near-infrared light with different frequencies(40,70,110 Hz)were used to induce sleep.Firstly,the electroencephalography(EEG)signals were collected for preprocessing,gravity frequency calculation,and time-frequency analysis;secondly,the gravity frequencies and band energies of EEG signals of different frequencies were compared;finally,statistical analysis was performed.The results showed that photobiomodulation caused the gravity frequency of the brain to be shifted downward,the power of α,θ,and δ bands of the EEG signals was significantly enhanced,and the change of the gravity frequency center of the sleep-related brain regions was significant,which was conducive to fall asleep.This study provides experimental basis and parameter reference for the application of photobiomodulation in inducing sleep,is helpful to further understands its mechanism of regulating sleep.
