摘  要:针对膀胱神经功能障碍患者无法感知膀胱充盈,导致排尿不及时的问题,本研究设计了基于生物阻抗的可穿戴实时尿量充盈监测装置。该装置由可穿戴生物阻抗采集硬件和移动终端组成:4个电极和传感器通过纺织布带固定于膀胱映射腹部表面。其中:一对为刺激电极,可产生840μA的50 kHz正弦激励电流;另一对为采集电极,每500 ms进行一次数据采集。本研究首先将采集电极获得的阻抗数据通过蓝牙发送至移动终端进行预处理,通过采集人体姿态信息缓解体位变化导致的基线漂移问题;然后输入拟合算法,计算膀胱充盈等级;最后基于用户信息和当前阻抗数据,利用线性支持向量机(SVM)模型判断膀胱是否充盈,达到充盈条件时发出提示和振动警报。实验结果表明,回归模型的均方根误差(RMSE)、线性相关性系数R 2分别为56.43 mL、0.82,线性SVM算法的准确率为95.2%。本研究装置可实时监测膀胱充盈等级,对膀胱神经功能障碍康复患者的健康管理具有重要意义。Aiming at the problem of untimely urination due to the inability to perceive bladder filling with patients recovering from bladder nerve dysfunction,we designed a wearable real-time urine filling monitoring device based on bioimpedance.The device was composed of bioimpedance acquisition hardware and a mobile terminal.Four electrodes and sensors were fixed to the abdominal surface of the bladder through textile tape.A pair of stimulation electrodes could generate a sinusoidal excitation current of 840μA at 50 kHz,while the other pair of sensing electrodes,collected bioimpedance data every 500 ms.Firstly,the impedance data obtained from the acquisition electrode were sent to the mobile terminal via Bluetooth for pre-processing,and the baseline drift caused by the change of body position was alleviated by collecting human posture information.Then,the processed data were fed into a fitting algorithm to compute bladder fullness levels.Finally,based on user information and the current impedance data,a linear support vector machine(SVM)model was used to determine bladder fullness,an alert and vibration alarm were triggered when the fullness condition was reached.The experimental results showed that the root mean square error(RMSE)and linear correlation coefficient R 2 of the regression model was 56.43 mL and 0.82,respectively,and the accuracy of the linear SVM algorithm was 95.2%.The device can monitor the bladder fullness level in real-time,which is of great significance for the health management of patients recovering from neurogenic bladder dysfunction.
