摘 要:可拆卸支架预应力混凝土叠合板是由可拆卸钢管桁架与预应力混凝土底板组成预制底板,在现场后浇叠合层的一种叠合楼板,具有抗弯刚度大、承载力高、经济可靠等特点。对1块预制底板和1块叠合板试件进行了静力加载试验和数值模拟研究。结果表明:可拆卸钢管桁架能显著提高预制底板的开裂荷载,在施工荷载作用下预制底板承载力和短期刚度满足规范要求,并具有较高的安全储备;预制层与叠合层结合良好,叠合层内的腹杆钢筋增强了预制底板和叠合层的协同性,有助于叠合板整体受力。基于试验结果和数值模拟对叠合板受弯性能进行了理论分析,理论计算结果与试验结果和数值模拟结果吻合良好。The prestressed concrete composite slab with detachable support is a kind of prefabricated bottom plate composed of detachable steel pipe truss and prestressed concrete floor.It is a kind of composite floor slab with post-pouring composite layer on site.It has the characteristics of large bending stiffness,high bearing capacity,economy and reliability.The research group carried out static loading test and numerical simulation on a prefabricated bottom plate and a composite slab specimen.The results show that the detachable steel pipe truss can significantly improve the cracking load of prefabricated bottom plate.Under the construction load,the bearing capacity and short-term stiffness of prefabricated bottom plate met the requirements of the specification,and had a high safety reserve.The prefabricated layer and the laminated layer were well bonded.The web reinforcement in the laminated layer enhances the synergy between the prefabricated bottom plate and the laminated layer,which is helpful to the overall stress of composite slab.Based on the experimental results and numerical simulation,the bending performance of the composite slab was analyzed theoretically.The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and numerical simulation results.
