摘  要:通过对中国现存双曲砖拱厂房的介绍,说明了双曲砖拱的特点以及受力方式,梳理了既有双曲砖拱存在的部分问题。以某既有双曲砖拱厂房为例,结合该厂房的检测鉴定报告以及相应结论,提出了具体的加固措施。通过数值模拟,证明了此既有双曲砖拱厂房已不能继续受力,同时分析了静载工况下加固后双曲砖拱厂房各结构构件的受力规律。研究表明,增设圈梁、扶壁柱、钢拱支撑和更换钢拉杆能够提高结构整体的稳定性,使各结构构件应力分布更为均匀。Through the introduction of Chinese existing double-curved brick arch factory,the characteristics of the double-curved brick arch and the way of force were explained,some of the existing double-curved brick arch problems were sorted.Taking an existing double-curved brick arch factory building as an example,combined with the inspection and identification report of the factory building and the corresponding conclusions,specific reinforcement measures were proposed.Through numerical simulation,it was proved that the existing double-curved brick arch factory could not continue to be stressed,and at the same time,the stress law of each structural member of the strengthened double-curved brick arch factory was analysed under the static load condition.The study shows that the addition of ring beams,buttresses,steel arch supports and replacement of steel ties can improve the overall stability of the structure,and let the stress distribution of each structural member be more uniform.
